Course Overview
The MSc in Financial Markets prepares students for international careers in financial markets and benefits from the school's ambitious research policy.
Students learn to price or hedge financial instruments, assess investments or select and manage portfolios. The MSc provides students with advanced knowledge:
of the main financial instruments and their risks,
portfolio construction and management techniques, including liability-driven investment,
analytical concepts and financial and empirical modelling tools underpinning research and analysis of portfolios,
securities trading.

In France or abroad...The internship is required to offer students the opportunity to apply the theory gained in the programme and to carry out a professional project in their chosen field of specialisation in order to further develop their acquired management skills.
French classes
To facilitate international students' integration into France and to add value to their resume, EDHEC provides free mandatory French language courses for international students.
The Master Project
The Master Project allows students putting acquired knowledge and skills into practice, through an applied project of business relevance performed in accordance with a best in class approach.
Students with the ability to perform high quality research may also be offered the opportunity to perform their Master Project in the form of applied research under the supervision of members of EDHEC faculty or its research centers.
