ISA was founded in April as the first and only school in East Africa offering a ‘finishing school’ concept to college and university graduates getting into professions in the disciplines of Advertising, Brand Management, Public Relations and Digital Marketing.
Our programs are informed and developed by industry experts, based on their observations of the gaps that need to be filled in order to get students well fitted into the industry. The students therefore acquire the necessary practical skills and knowledge required to enter the job marketing, while developing essential soft and personal skills.
Since inception we have trained and placed over 100 students . We have a 98% placement rate and a 98 % confirmation rate of students from interns to permanent staff.
We have placed students in organizations such as Scanad, Ogilvy, Kimfay, Kempinksi, Saracen OMD, and several others. We have also conducted in-house onboarding training for new entrants in marketing departments such as Safaricom, Stanbic Bank, Longhorn publishers and others.
ISA is endorsed and recognized by relevant industry associations.
Participant certification is endorsed by the Advertising Practitioners Association (APA), Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and The Association of Public Relations Communication Management Firms (APreCom) . We are also in the process of getting government TVET and CBET accreditation.
